Just curious to know how people choose what to sell at a booth, do you charge more at a booth than you do online? As as second question how do you manage your inventory / orders? I recently had 10 orders in two days for Halloween (only had a week to print 700 items) it was kind of chaos. Just looking for ideas to keep things more streamlined.
I’d tend to charge less at a ‘market’ or in person to try and get that repeat order. But not by much. I’d generally just round down to easy numbers for cash sales. As for inventory or stock. I’ve heard shopify is good if you want to also sell online and in person. So is square. I’d keep the numbers to how many are in stock that people can buy. So keep the printers busy and hold more of the popular items. Have a month period where you print one of a new model then list maybe 5-10 in stock if that’s manageable to make and send in the time frames you list on your website. Or give yourself more time and explain the process to your customers. But without knowing what platform you use if any it’s hard to give specific advise.

Q4 is almost here... 📆 This is the season where people are spending the most amount of time shopping, buying, and spending 🤑 How are you prepping your 3D Print shop to make the most amount of cash possible 🤔
@Brandon Santana not just for prints mate. I’ve got other item I make and sell to put in these. 😁 they are half full currently! That’s an old photo I had from when I got them.
There is apparently a rumored leak of a possible new Bambu Printer named the "G1" Saw this on an internet forum BUT This is purely speculation I know I'd probably buy this if true lol What do you guys think, would you buy a larger Bambu Printer?
It would be awesome if they utilise multiple print heads like other printers to save on waste on multi coloured prints. Maybe the extra space could be for this? Although I don’t know I’d ever need that bed size. I’d be tempted.
