Not sure which chatbot you are referring to (I just joined here) but in my experience you need to carefully, and incrementally, build solid guard rails for customer facing business AI bots that have crucial information, such as opening hours, URLs, phone numbers etc. Prompt language such as 'always do X' and 'Never say Y' is typically required. Bonus if you are able to upload specific documents which you can tell it to refer to. Which AI bot are you working with?
