Hey Corson Its getting close to the season and ive been wondering what I need to add to my recovery routine to make more effective. Last season my recovery wasnt on point and I dont want to make the same mistakes. So far my routine is yoga and a hip specific routine 4x a week. Ice baths 2x a week. The only things i really track with my diet is calories and protein (3k cal 250g protein). Not sure what else to add, feel like im still missing stuff since ive been getting stiffer throughout the offseason.
