Service Delivery: What is your biggest hurdle???
So we all know that results = retention = riches but I have a question for you all. Do you run the ads personally for your clients or do you have a freelancer? If you have a freelancer, what is your biggest hurdle with hiring one and if you run the ads yourself, what do you personally do to make sure your marketing knowledge is up to date?

I have a freelancer for client ads. Biggest hurdles: finding reliable talent and maintaining consistent quality. Clear KPIs, strong vetting, and weekly check-ins help a lot. For staying updated, I follow industry leaders, take advanced courses, and test strategies on small budgets before scaling.

Low Show Rate With Coldcalls
Hey guys, so since around Mid September, I switched from primarily IG DMs to coldcalls, in terms of my outreach system. When I used to DM, my show rate was a solid 60%. when I manually booked them, I would send them a thank you VSL and reminders for 24h, 1h, 10m before on email and phone, as well as a follow on Instagram. Since switching to coldcalls, I have booked over 20 meetings. And only around 5 have actually showed (25%) The actions I’ve taken so far to improve this is sending a personalised written email with testimonials and freebie incentive, after booking instead of just thank you VSL . And I’ve made sure to be consistent with calling them an hour before every booking (sometimes I forget this) I have another 5 meetings upcoming next week and I believe it’s that which is the problem. I have no choice but to book people far out (5-7 days away, sometimes 10) because I work a full time job, and my availability with the prospect always clashes. Even though this is technically out of control, it still really annoys me. Any suggestions guys?

In my opinion, the main issue is the long gap between scheduling and the actual call—it’s hard to maintain interest and commitment over 5–10 days, especially with cold leads. But I understand that due to work constraints, shortening that time frame might not be an option. Instead, the key is to focus on keeping their interest alive during those 5–10 days. What’s worked best for me is shifting to a micro-offer strategy instead of classic cold outreach. I offer an inexpensive yet valuable product or service upfront, which helps qualify leads, build trust, and create a sense of commitment on their end. By the time we schedule a call, they’re not just curious; they’re already engaged and see the value in it. For your case, you can use the time gap to “warm up” the leads. For example: - Send regular content: Short case studies, client success stories, or personalized tips to keep yourself top of mind. - Create a short thank-you video: Instead of a plain thank-you email, record a quick personal video (even on your phone) to thank them and remind them why the call will be valuable.
