Congratulations 🙂❤️
⏳ No time? ⏳
You're rushing from task to task, juggling obligations, feeling overwhelmed 🌪️. Every day feels like a race 🏃, and yet, it seems there's never enough time to finish anything. But the truth is... everyone has the same amount of time—86,400 seconds per day ⏱️. So why do some people feel they have enough and others are drowning? 🌊 The answer isn't about the clock 🕰️... It's about your paradigm 🧠. Your paradigm steals your time, pushing you to focus on things that don’t matter—distractions that pull you further from your true goals 🎯. When you say, “I have no time,” what you’re really saying is: 🗣️ “My paradigm controls my time." 🗣️ "I’m disorganized." 🗣️ "I have no clear goal." 🗣️ "I don’t understand my purpose." 🗣️ "I’m not in control of my life!” 😩 But it doesn’t have to be that way. 🌟 You can reclaim your time and get back in control. It’s time to take back those 86,400 seconds ⏳ from your paradigm. 🔑 Join me on a call to learn how to master your time and your life! 🛠️ This is for those who are ready to dive into the Premium Community—to see how we work, how we grow, and how you can finally gain control of your time and purpose 💡. Let’s make every second count. Tick-tock… your life is waiting 🕰️✨. www.radibratovic.rs/onboarding

So true.
Hugs 💫
How many hugs do you make in one day? Do you greet other people with a kiss or a hug? ✨️ It is said that 5 hugs are enough to survive the day, and 12 are for personal progress and psychological, mental and emotional well-being... 💞 I like hugs and I try to always greet other people with a hug... 🤗

I work in a kindergarten, and hugging is part of my job 🙂, but outside of that, I don't hug often. Mostly with people I hold very dear or with those who enjoy hugging. And of course, family. When the hug is sincere, I also love to hug.

@Marie D There is a big difference between kindergarten and school. The relationship between the kindergarten teachers and the children is much more intimate than that between teachers and students. However, that is not the topic of this discussion. 🙂
⚡ Feeling Stuck? The Real Reason You Lack Motivation and How to Reignite Your Drive 🚀
Ever have those days where you feel completely stuck? 🧱 No matter how much you want to get things done, the motivation just isn’t there. You wake up, make plans, but when it comes time to act—nothing. 😩 You might blame it on laziness or distractions, but the truth runs deeper. Lack of motivation often stems from unclear vision or unresolved inner resistance 🧠. You want to move forward, but something inside is holding you back. What happens when you don’t have a clear, compelling reason to take action? The mind drifts 🌀, the body becomes lethargic, and suddenly, days turn into weeks of unproductive cycles ⏳. Motivation isn’t something that just “comes” to you—it’s built through clarity and aligned action 🔑. Ask yourself: - When was the last time I felt genuinely excited about a project or task? 🎯 - Do I even know what I’m working toward, or am I just trying to get by? 🤷‍♂️ - What’s stopping me from taking action today? Fear? Doubt? Or something else? 😶 Motivation thrives when you have a clear vision, a reason to get out of bed every day 🌞. Without it, even the smallest tasks feel overwhelming 😣. But the good news? You can reignite that drive. 🔥 If you’re ready to break free from this rut and rediscover your motivation, join our premium community! 💪 https://www.skool.com/paradigm-shift-academy-premium-5639/about Inside, we work on finding your true purpose and aligning your daily actions with your goals, so you can wake up every day excited and driven to move forward. It’s time to leave the “stuck” feeling behind and step into real progress! 🚀

Yes, it’s true that when there’s not enough motivation, the desire for any kind of work disappears. I’ve found myself in that situation many times. But as I’ve written somewhere before, even though there’s regret over missed opportunities, I’ve learned something from every experience. Of course, I’m aware that giving up is not the best option, and that a lot of personal work is needed to get out of this state that we create for ourselves, and that’s why we are here. 🙂
Meditation 🧘🏻‍♂️
Although I don't often practice classical meditation, I incorporate it into my routine from time to time. I just completed a 10-15 minute session, focusing on visualization and manifestation. The feeling is extraordinary—while writing this, I feel a strong influx of energy throughout my body. It's incredible how even 10 minutes of focused attention and thought control can be so powerful. A few months ago, I experienced a meditation that lasted over an hour, which was absolutely incredible. I completely lost track of time, and when I looked at the clock, I had no idea that so much time had passed. I dove deep into a meditative state to the point where I almost completely lost the sensation of my physical body. The ego disappeared, leaving only a feeling of bliss and connection to the whole. The sensation was so pleasant that I could have stayed in that state for hours—it was so compelling that you don't even want to return to the physical world. It's difficult to convey such a deep experience in words. Do you practice meditation, and have you ever gone this deep?

I meditate regularly, not on a daily basis, but during yoga classes and in meditation sessions. As Aleksandar said, meditation pulls you into a state that is beyond imagination. And truly, when you go deep into meditation, there is nothing else, and you wish you could stay in that state forever. However, I recommend that at least in the beginning, you meditate with someone who will be with you and guide you. 🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️🧘‍♀️❤️
