From man to man I need that advice.
What’s going on fellas, so I initially came to ask a question. I advise you to look at the situation from both perspectives. So I’ve brought infidelity into my marriage, we’ve been married 3 years but together for 10. I’ve been on a growth track since my last situation trying to stay focus and committed. I have to admit it’s tough coming from a womanizer (before marriage). Besides all of that, I try to do whatever it takes to not trigger the old me. So the problem I see is that she wants to work a night shift from 11pm to 7am. I strongly believe that this will trigger my older ways. As long as she’s around or I'm busy then we are good which is normally during the day. At night is like date nights or just we catching up, now she won’t be around at night. I’m low key afraid of that because I’m content with how I’ve changed for the better within the last 2 years. We’ve talked about it and I explained it to her but she insists on taking this position. See I’m not trying to be selfish because this relationship isn't just about me. Love to see a working woman but I believe a night shift isn’t suitable for a relationship with some infidelity history. So from man to man how can I handle this?

@Jay Reed Awareness is always the first step to solving any problem, believe it or not you are already half way The gym sounds like a plan since it's something that resonates with you You'd be building not just your muscles but your mental discipline as well.

@Jay Reed Yoh bro, sorry you had to experience that, that's a tough one. And quite frankly the only recognized reason for a split in the bible is infidelity, nevertheless it's not a death sentence for the marriage. If she forgave you in the past, there's a saying; "one good turn deserves another" But both of y'all gotta seat down and talk about the way forward. Humble suggestion; talk to God about this situation He the only one who can guide you properly in the end.

How to develop consistency regardless of the task or goal.
Name 3 Things all men should’ve in their 20s
1. A job A man in his 20s should have at least two streams of income: a 9-5 and a side gig. 2. A short-term goal that shouldn’t be longer than 2-3 months, e.g., saving to buy a car, fixing your credit, or starting an online business. 3. A hobby that you can do alone, something that brings you peace and helps you clear your mind, e.g., traveling and gaining new experiences, painting, or even doing stand-up comedy. Let me know what three things all men should have in their 20s.

@Alijah Muhammad don't think I could have said it any better except for the last part tho 😂 You might have to break that down further, what would be the end goal of being that circle?
Mastering Time: A Real-World Guide for Men
Picture this as a journey through the trenches of daily life, where time is the battlefield and focus is your shield. Here's a no-nonsense crash course, straight from the playbook of someone who clawed their way to financial and location freedom, dodging distractions like a pro. **1. The Reality of Prioritization:** In the real world, tasks pile up like a mountain of paperwork on your desk. Use practical tools, like to-do lists and apps, to sift through the clutter. This was my survival kit as I navigated a world that constantly pulled me in different directions – isolating myself from distracting environments and reshaping my priorities. **2. Crafting Tangible Goals:** Real-life goals aren't epic quests; they're more like navigating a maze blindfolded. Break down those everyday challenges into digestible bits. My journey involved distancing myself from friends when needed and doing a digital detox by removing distracting apps – simple, tangible steps that led to significant changes. **3. Time Blocking in the Trenches:** Imagine time blocking as a tactical strategy, not a mystical spell. Allocate specific hours to tasks, not because it's magical, but because it's darn effective. I gave every hour a purpose – not to become a hero, but to simply survive and thrive. This is about adapting to the reality of life's chaos. **4. Facing Distractions Head-On:** Distractions aren't mythical beasts; they're more like annoying flies buzzing around. Swat them away by silencing non-essential notifications and carving out a dedicated workspace. For me, it meant making the tough call to remove myself from distracting environments – a practical move that paid off. In the hustle of the real world, my focus wasn't on crafting an epic tale but on making tangible, sustainable changes. Think isolating from distractions, deleting tempting apps, and setting real-world tasks for each hour. This isn't about becoming a legendary hero; it's about being the practical, efficient version of yourself. Your journey to mastering time starts here, in the trenches of reality. May your focus be sharp, and your productivity be as real as it gets!

Yes I can relate to time blocking, cause it's one technique I've tested and have come to trust. It's amazing how much work one can cover in a span of just 30mins of undistracted focus time. Nice one @Akeel Copeland love and light man.
