I am Irena, an innovator at heart. Coming from a marketing background, I ended up in innovations (quite incidentally) and discovered the fascinating world of design thinking, experimentation mindset, design sprints and workshop facilitation. So now I've been hooked on this for more than 4 years. I've been lucky to work in both the consultancy side and in banking as in-house innovation lead. There I was able to get more on the product side thinking and currently deepening my knowledge on this topic. Originally from Latvia, but now living in the sunny Barcelona. Apart from this, I enjoy dancing, yoga, hiking, reading, live music jams, spending time with friends and exploring new places. All of this after a good cup of strong coffee, otherwise I don't function properly ☕(Ever heard of morgenmuffel? That's me 😅) Happy to join this community and grow together!
