So I started taking the sleep course and now I feel that will be much more serious about my sleep ( cause it seems I've been sleep-deprived for a long time and thought something was wrong with me and I could not consume information or come up with ideas it seems like my neurons were damaged ) and will optimize my routine as for #bear today I will try to turn off everything at 20:30 - 21:00 - no task or screens and will see when I go to sleep. I hope everybody will optimize their sleep cause this is the most important.😁
