Help with muscle up
can anyone give me some tips to get the muscle up?? I can hold the front lever for about 5-10 seconds but still cant muscleup😓

Hey guys, Wondering what apps you use for calisthenics / working out? Also if you have any app ideas drop them in the comments! I use hevy bc u can track ur workouts and it has a social feature (lmk if u wanna connect!) - but its not that tailored for calisthenics and the social feature just publishes ur workouts with a comments section nothing groundbreaking
