Landing page linked to campaign
Hi everyone, A few days ago, I linked a new landing page to one of our campaigns. In Events Manager, I can see that the pixel is firing correctly—it’s tracking a conversion every time someone lands on the “thank you” page after filling out our form. However, in Ads Manager, the report still shows 0 conversions. When I initially set up the pixel, I selected “website submit application” as the conversion event, as that was my original plan for the tracking code. I didn’t think this would affect reporting, but I’m wondering now if this mismatch could be the issue. Does anyone know if this could be the reason conversions aren’t showing in Ads Manager? If so, is there a way to change the conversion event for a live campaign, or would I need to create a new campaign with the correct conversion event? Thanks in advance for any advice!
