Hi all, I have an LLC question. I already have two LLC's established in Colorado. However, I would like to hear if any of you have established an LLC out of your home state like Wyoming and Delaware and how did that complicate your taxes? I'm conflicted if I should piggy back off my CO LLC or establish a new one in a state with stronger LLC protection laws. Thanks!

Hello friends, I am Holly and I live in Fort Collins, Colorado. I currently work as an RN but have always had this burning passion to enter real estate. I am hoping to learn and crush the Rental Arbitrage game so I can cash flow my next investment property and hopefully back off my hours working as a nurse. My goal as of now (this changes with the more I learn) is to incorporate a short term/mid term hybrid model since I have connections in the travel nursing world.
