LLC

Hi all,

I have an LLC question. I already have two LLC's established in Colorado. However, I would like to hear if any of you have established an LLC out of your home state like Wyoming and Delaware and how did that complicate your taxes? I'm conflicted if I should piggy back off my CO LLC or establish a new one in a state with stronger LLC protection laws.
