I had the testing done at Eurofins Lab in NC. They are a USDA certified lab. There were 9 flanonoids, 10 carotenoids and 3 vitamins. They can also test a panel of phytoalexins. The panels that I had run were $1400 per sample. As a grower it was extreme to submit four samples but provided amazing information which has become the basis for. marketing my fruit. I'm developing a report that I could share here.
