Menopause.Clinic domain
Hey everone! Domain I registered in 2020, very profitable medical services niche (pretty self-explanatory) in a rapidly growing area of treatment that lends itself well to either a content-focussed site or a real-world directory site. Open to offers for purchase, or would be open to a rental / earn-out proposal.

@Richard Patey Yep, it's very specific in terms of user intent which I think makes it useful. Some decent prices (~$10k) for Menopause domains on the resale market, so I think there's some value to it
Your topic + cool domain + Skool = Affordable digital asset for beginners
Create a low-cost digital asset that can quickly start generating a side income for you and that you can sell within 9 –12 months. HERE'S HOW: 1) Allocate €2,000 from your budget and approximately 10 hours per week for the operation of this digital asset over the next 6–12 months. 2) Whenever you're about to do something, ask in Acquire Community and validate your thoughts with the other acquirers into the community industry. 3) Conduct a Community Investment Audit of the communities you’re already investing in. You don’t need to buy mine; a Google Sheet and about 8 - 16 hours of your time will suffice. 4) Define the primary topics that interest you. 5) Purchase a cool domain that clearly represents the focus of the community you want to create, like mine acquirecommunity.com, leavingsocials.com, or acquire4exit.com. 6) Set up a paid community on Skool. I recommend starting with a $9 monthly membership fee connect it with the domain. 7) Onboard the first 50 people from mainstream social networks and your contact list without charging them. Choose only those who have helped you advance in your career or who could help you move forward, but don’t be too accommodating. 8) Remember that from the 51st member onward, the membership must be paid! 9) Scale your community to 200 paying members within 2 - 3 months to recoup your investment by having each member pay $9 at least once. 10) Create a profile on a digital asset marketplace. I recommend Flippa.com, which I personally use. 11) List your community for sale. Set the price at monthly revenue x 12 months x 3 years. 12) Once your community is listed among your digital assets, focus more on quality than quantity. Instead of "massive" recruitment of new members, concentrate on encouraging existing members to renew their memberships regularly and to stay with you.

Interesting! Just posted a domain that seems like it'd be ripe for a community, perhaps this would be a better option than selling the domain...

@Jakub Pacanda Isn't that better known as a rollup? Not disparaging it as it's a good strategy, but it's tried and tested rather than something novel. Anyway, HMU if you'd be interested in building something on that domain
Empire Flippers L12M sales vs 2022 (over 50% reduction)
I've not looked at the state of the industry reports since I was at Flippa, and was surprised to see just how much sales have reduced over the last couple of years. (Props to EF for always being so transparent). In the 2023 report, total sales were $86M Over the last 12 months on the EF scoreboard, total sales are $42M. Is this a change in the overall industry? EF is of course fine, but are the majority of smaller M&A marketplaces now struggling to get enough new deals to close?

@Richard Patey Didn't appreciate the newsletter valuations had fallen so much - what kind of multiples are you seeing now? With an 80% haircut there must be some buying opportunities there
