i have problem with hearing i got tinnitus so i would prefer with captions myself. i'm very intent on getting every single words and i would imagine since it's a self-improvement, the caption wouldn't take away from what is shown in the screen. i also watch self improvement video without audio when i am outside and i left my earphones. so definitely a plus for me
