My baby joining me for at home practice tonight 😍 I’m trying to be more dedicated and put on my skates during the week. At first I was just going to do a few minutes but it’s been nearly an hour lol I’m focusing on balance and weight transfer today anybody got practice in today?

I have an irrational fear of the skating rink :( I suddenly forget how to skate. I know I’ll have better progress and meet people there. Anyone ever experience that? And how do you get over it?

Today I attended my first roller skating lesson! I was nervous to sign up because I have been battling that stupid voice in my head that says it's embarrassing to learn something new as an adult. It was so nice having some real world instruction and feedback. The coach was so kind and awesome. I already can't wait until my next session.
