Good afternoon I have a few questions, but they are all tied to one piece of IP. 1) It was mentioned that we would need a lawyer for the registration of Patents, Trademarks or Copyrights. a) What exactly does this lawyer help us with? b) Does Patent Insider have these types of lawyers? 2) What is the best registration for Fictional Characters, TM or Copyright? 3) If the character has a special emblem on their outfit, does the emblem have to be copyrighted or trademarked if it were to be made into various forms of merchandise? 4) If the character is to be presented on different platforms: plays, streaming, movies, action figures, graphic novel, comic, etc, does every platform need its own registration? If so, which is needed, Trademarked or Copywritten. 5) Are theme songs registered in copywrite forms? 6) Where do you go to get WORK FOR HIRE forms? 7) What is the general price for these lawyers minus the registration fees?
