MULTIPLE REGISTRATIONS
I have a few questions but they are all tied to one piece of IP.
I know it was mentioned that we would needed a lawyer for the registration of Patents, Trademarks or Copyrights. What exactly does this lawyer help us with?
I would like some information on a project I am working on. I have a project with a character that has a special emblem and costume, even name and can transition from different platforms: plays, streaming, movies, merchandising, theme songs, graphic novel, comic, etc Does every platform need its own registration? If so which is needed, Trademarked or Copywriten.
