Okay, okay... SO I think this is a different moon than the September 17th one -- From an astrological perspective, the peak is occurring on the 17th of October in both Sidereal & Tropical Aries; as well as Ashvini, the first of 27 Nakshatras from the vedic astrological perspective, specifically. I've heard this said from one I consider reliable it could lead to a "fresh start" particularly in whatever house it occurs in (where my personal sidereal (i.e. vedic) house is different than the tropical (western / what astrology most are familiar with)) house... my current understanding being that the tropical & western perspective might map more accurately with psychology while the vedic+sidereal perspective might be more accurate for forecasting and divination. I was only concerned because I'd accidentally seen something that made me think this was another eclipse, lol. But not quite, thankfully. This would generally be good. I don't know how accurate this is entirely, but from the vedic astrology I've found reason to immerse myself in further lately, we just had two eclipses back to back --- which can create supposedly something like four weeks of confusion. So assuming the explanation I've heard is correct (which makes sense the first nakshatra and start of the sidereal zodiac) means a "fresh start" this could be among one of the most optimal configurations for a lot of people, after weeks of situations and events of things not being clear. (Apparently eclipses as a rule of thumb have an influence of 2 weeks forwards and backwards from a vedic perspective where some kind of transition occurs from old ways of thinking to new ways of thinking, and the personality is a lot less clear on what it thinks is true during such time periods --- and if I am not mistaken that may be related to the primarily houses in which they occur as well -------- and I am not sure at all if that technique of analysis actually transfers from Vedic to Western astrology or not... but afaik at this time, it seems reliable with a vedic chart --- if you don't know how to use it, o ne can just look at the ascendant and the houses in a vedic chart with ***WHOLE SIGN houses*** to get the basic idea from the vedic / jyotish perspective).

Side note: When I started learning vedic astrology, I had to unlearn western astrology and now that I'm willing to look back into western astrology I'm going to have to un-learn the vedic astrological techniques. o____o Also someone out here thinks I'm foolish for looking into any of this, and hey, they can think what they want...
