Hello,I’m Dragos and i’m 20 years old I really am looking to make a change because my anxiety when we talk about competition is at all time high and it’s upsetting I love this sport,but it’s very very hard to go through the same routine everyday for years when u don’t see results:(( I know it’s all about anxiety and mental health because i smash every training during season/pre-season/taper but when it comes to performing I’m just not there:( My biggest dream is to represent my country again in the next worlds/olympics(i did it until i was 18) Thanks!

@Miroslava Nikolova Hello Mira I know exactly what you’re going through I was in that place myself(in some ways i still am).I think one thing u could do is to always remember why are you swimming in the first place Hope this can help you even just 1%:)) I know it helped me
