They are what he calls “drifters” people who operate out of fear with an inability to think for themself. Will leave the audio book below 👇 Drifter Traits: 1. No major purpose in life. (Focus) 2. Lacks self-confidence. (Think) 3. Avoids effort, wastes money. (Save $$$) 4. Complains about pain, lacks imagination. 5. Low enthusiasm, avoids challenges. (Initiative) 6. No emotional control. (Self-control) 7. Talks without knowledge. (Learn) 8. Starts but doesn't finish. 9. Overeats, neglects health. (Quality) 10. Hates success, criticizes others. (Don't hate) 11. Lies to hide ignorance. (Admit what you don't know) Non-Drifter Traits: 1. Clear purpose, organized plans. (Goal-driven) 2. Quick decisions, knows what he wants. 3. Direct answers, no excuses. 4. Offers help, rarely asks for it. 5. Takes the lead. (Leader) 6. Admits when he doesn't know. (No capping) 7. Owns up to mistakes. (Accountable) 8. Inspires others and has a mind of his own.
