Hello Martial Artists. My name is Yousuf and I am 16 years old. I want to learn martial arts, probably any martial arts. I sometimes punch the walls randomly, do pull ups, push ups and squats almost everyday. I want to know, how do I start learning martial arts at home? How to build a strong foundation of learning martial arts? What exercises should I do? How do I train at home? I can only train at home. I don't go to an academy. Please guide me and tell me what should I do to begin my martial arts journey. Your guidance will be much appreciated. Thanks.
