The Phone Flipping Power List
Objective: This Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) outlines the daily activities necessary for phone flippers to scale their operations to over $100K a year in profit, leveraging the "Phone Flipping Power List" methodology Daily Tasks Overview: 1. Make 20 Offers Daily Goal: Generate at least 600 offers per month to ensure consistent deal flow. Action: Utilize platforms like Marketplace, OfferUp, and Craigslist to connect with potential sellers. Script: "Hello! I operate a business purchasing phones, MacBooks, iPads, SmartWatches, and other tech items. If I were to make a purchase today, would you consider a lower price?" 2. Respond to All Leads Promptly Importance: Every lead represents a potential transaction, no matter the quality of the offer. Action: Always respond to leads, offering alternatives if the initial item isn't viable. 3. Follow Up Daily Persistence: Maintain communication with potential sellers until they make a decision. Strategy: Implement a systematic follow-up routine to keep track of all interactions. 4. Dedicate Time for Learning (30 Minutes Daily) Resources: Engage with educational content such as YouTube channels, online courses, etc. Benefit: Enhancing skills through continuous learning directly correlates with increased efficiency and profits. 5. Track All Business Activities Tools: Employ simple tools like spreadsheets or notepads to monitor all business metrics including profits, expenses, and operations. Quote: "What is trackable is scalable." - Ensure detailed records are kept to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Detailed Daily Routine Morning: Review any new leads received overnight. Send out the first batch of 20 offers. Follow up on previous day’s leads and offers. Midday: Address new leads promptly. Evaluate ad performance and adjust campaigns as needed. Engage in 30 minutes of learning to improve business tactics and knowledge. Afternoon: Attend scheduled meetups or pickups.

How Facebook Ads Actually Work
Most people don't understand how ads work... I'm gonna teach ya right now. Most people think you are paying for perfect leads with ads every single time. Sorry to disappoint... When you pay for ads you are simply paying for eyeballs (Impressions) Facebook, Instagram and the rest then 'allow' clicks on ads, now clicks don't always mean conversations. Our goal is to get people to start conversations with us to sell us used and broken devices. Here is how an ad works, see the photo below: #1: The first thing a potential lead see is the photo, this is the most important part of the entire ad and it should explain exactly what your business does. #2: The next thing that the person sees is the headline which should say "Sell a Device" "Chat in Messenger" or something similar along with the call to action. #3: This the actual wording for the ad. #4: This is the last part of the ad they will ever look at so the first 2 parts need to be on point because you only get a few seconds to grab someones attention. I hope this visual is informational and helps you guys understand things a bit better.

Turning My Vision Into Realty & Formulating My Grand Vision!
I have completed the 'Turning My Vision Into Realty" File. I was as honest as I could be with every question! Without being honest to yourself and others you will get the right help or guidance that you want or need! I ask that I not be judged by some of my answers because I was just being honest.

EVERYTHING ON ICLOUD, LOCKED, IMEI.
EVERYTHING ON ICLOUD, LOCKED, IMEI. I hate seeing people buy locked or non-sellable phones so I am dropping this post in hopes that you guys can avoid this costly mistake that also plagued me in the beginning. What is an IMEI? IMEI stands for “International Mobile Equipment Identity.” It's pretty much a number that identifies a GSM/CDMA phone within a network. What is the IMEI Used for? The IMEI's main purpose is solely to identify a device. That said, it can also help prevent theft. Carriers can block stolen or lost phone IMEI numbers at the network level, making phones unusable through carriers. Where to find IMEI/Serial numbers 1. Dial *#06# into the dial pad of the phone. 2. Go into the “Settings” -> “General” -> “About” -> Scroll down and it’s 15 numbers long 3. Pull out the Sim Card tray and it’s located on the Sim Card tray (Except iPhone 14) IMEI Checkers: www.sickw.com www.imeicheck.com What is Blacklisting? Blacklisting is when a device gets reported lost or stolen. An individual or company has to put a IMEI on the global blacklist system. Why do phones get blacklisted? When a device is blacklisted, it's either because the phone has been reported lost or stolen or its account has an unpaid balance. This works via a numeric identifier most phones have called an international mobile equipment identity number, or IMEI. What does Blacklisting look like on a IMEI check? You want to avoid blacklisted phones because it is illegal to buy a device or anything that is reported lost/stolen. What is a BAD ESN? • An ESN/IMEI will be considered 'bad' if: The phone is still active on the account (receiving calls and text messages, etc...) The wireless account has an outstanding balance. The phone has been reported lost or stolen. Can we sell Bad ESN Phones? YES, just not devices that are reported lost or stolen, that is illegal. BAD ESN Phones that can be sold just fine: • Financed devices that are labeled as clean.

This emphasizes the importance of patience, steady progress. It acknowledges that personal growth is a gradual process that happens one step at time.
