A lot of people think in the beginning it doesn’t take much work making offers on Marketplace, OfferUp, etc. It’s likely you came across a deal, got lucky and sealed it up pretty quick for a good profit in the beginning. In cold calling you either have to be HIGHLY skilled or work the numbers in your favor.
