@Erica - Free Life Foundation Nice!!
The Psychology of Money๐Ÿ”ฅ This book is a game changer. There are are my key take aways
1. Education and Self-Improvement: Invest in yourself by continually learning and improving your skills. This can lead to better job opportunities, higher income, and personal growth. 2. Avoid Debt with High Interest: Stay away from high-interest debt that can cripple your financial growth. Use credit wisely and pay off debts that incur high interest as quickly as possible. 3. Behavior Over Numbers: Understand that success with money is more about behavior and mindset than it is about being a math genius. Focus on developing healthy financial habits and attitudes. 4. Find Joy in Simplicity: Happiness often comes from appreciating the simple things in life. Find joy in experiences rather than material possessions, which can lead to a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Some important questions from the book: 101 Questions To Ask Before You Get Engaged
98. How frequently do you have contact with your former partner, if any, and in what way? What is the purpose of the contact? What feelings do you experience on these occasions? 99. Do you believe you and I should be honest about everything in our relationship, or should something be kept private? If I asked your past partners if you were honest and trustworthy, how would they answer? 100. How many times have you been married (including any annulments)? 101. What do you envision in the future for this relationship? These questions can either strengthen or weaken a relationship.

A lack of self-awareness is poison. Reflection and review is the antidote.
- The upside of habits is that we can do things without thinking. The downside is that we stop paying attention to little errors. - Habits + Deliberate Practice = Mastery - Reflection and review is a process that allows you to remain conscious of your performance over time. - The tighter we cling to an identity, the harder it becomes to grow beyond it. What do you guys think?

@Erica - Free Life Foundation I'm glad the lesson resonated with you! Awareness is indeed key to breaking wrong habits, as it illuminates their impact and helps us make positive changes. Without it, the effects can be significant and harmful. Keep embracing awareness on your journey towards personal growth and improvement!
Just got done reading the book from The Art of War - SUN TZU
Here are the top quotes I love: 1. "Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak." 2. "The supreme art of war is to subdue the enemy without fighting." 3. "Know thyself, know thy enemy. A thousand battles, a thousand victories." 4. "If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat." 5. "All warfare is based on deception." What do you think?

@Erica - Free Life FoundationThe surgeon's advice echoes the wisdom of "Know thyself, know thy enemy." Educating ourselves about cancer equips us to face it confidently, like mastering our own strengths and understanding our adversaries in battle. Amen๐Ÿ™
