After many days of procrastination, I did finally record a video. There was the issue of no sound and low light to overcome. It is short but it is recorded so that I can continue on with editing.

I hope everyone else is having a better go at the filming than I am. Yesterday was when I had planned to shoot this video, but one of the grandchildren we have visiting this week clogged the toilet in one of our two bathrooms and I ended up spending the day dealing with that issue. So, no big deal.."I'll shoot tomorrow!". What's that they say about "greatest plans"? The rain we've been having all week decided to stop so I had to make good on taking the oldest one go karting... it's about an hour and a half each way. We did go, and because I LOVE go karting I did have a blast! Except for the part where I broke my action camera, which is one of the three I use for making videos. It still records, but I can't see what it has recorded until I look at the card. I managed to set everything up on my patio to do the shoot (NOT my favorite place...but the 2-year-old was watching a loud movie in the house). I got it "done", but I've already discovered that my opening scene...which is my hook sucks and will need to be reshot. That's all a long way to say I'm behind, but will finish this tomorrow. It's 10 pm here now and too late to set up and do it again tonight.

I recorded my voice over, it took about a dozen takes, and the last one was my best one, took about 20-30 mins. in between chasing my dogs.
