Exciting Changes to Our Group🏆💰
Hey everyone! 👋 I’ve decided to change the focus of this group to something that’s close to my heart and crucial for footballers. We are now the Footballer's Wealth Academy! 🏆💰 What does this mean for you? Well, while the Performance Ebooks (Gym Program, Fat Loss Guide, 72 Crusher Workouts) will still be available for download via email, I’ve noticed that there are so many free resources online for performance that I wanted to do something different. I want to start helping you not just with performance, but with building wealth. 💸 It’s time to create something long-term for yourself and your family so you can stop relying on your parents or living paycheck to paycheck. One of the main reasons I see footballers quit the game is because they simply don’t have the money to fund their dreams—whether it’s trials, trips, or opportunities. That’s where this new focus comes in. This group will now be a networking space where we ONLY talk about: - Building wealth 📈 - Creating side hustles 🚀 - Helping each other make money 🤝 - Advancing up the ladder together ⚽ We want to help each other out, create wealth, and make this a true networking space for footballers. It's all about leveraging our connections, sharing knowledge, and making moves that set us up for success on and off the pitch. Let’s get out of the cycle of paycheck-to-paycheck living and start creating real opportunities for ourselves! Looking forward to helping each of you create that freedom! Let’s go! 💪 -Ric

15 Foods to Help You Gain Weight the Right Way
Tribe: Hope you're well and having a great day! Whether you're aiming to bulk up for performance, or simply looking to add some healthy muscle mass, choosing the right foods is the key. Here are 15 nutrient-dense options that’ll fuel your growth and keep you strong: 1. RICE – A staple carb, rice is easy to prepare and packs a serious caloric punch. Perfect as a base for your meals. 2. SARDINES – High in protein and omega-3 fatty acids, these little fish are not only calorie-dense but also fantastic for heart health. 3. EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL – Drizzle it on your dishes for a healthy boost of calories and a dose of good fats. 4. WALNUTS – Rich in omega-3s, they’re a crunchy, satisfying snack that helps you hit your caloric goals without overstuffing. 5. SALMON AND FATTY FISH – Loaded with healthy fats and protein, they’re excellent for muscle repair and growth. 6. QUINOA – A complete protein source that also provides complex carbs, quinoa is a versatile addition to any meal plan. 7. DARK CHOCOLATE – Not just a treat, but also a high-calorie snack rich in antioxidants. Go for at least 70% cocoa. 8. POTATOES – Simple, starchy, and satisfying, potatoes are a great way to add bulk to your meals. 9. AVOCADOS – Creamy and nutrient-rich, avocados are packed with healthy fats that make gaining weight easier (and tastier). 10. FULL-FAT GREEK/TURKISH/BULGARIAN YOGURT – Thick, creamy, and protein-packed, these yogurts are perfect for smoothies, snacks, or as a base for breakfast. 11. RED MEATS – High in protein and iron, red meats help build muscle mass and keep your energy levels high. 12. PISTACHIOS – A handful of these vibrant nuts offers a perfect blend of protein, fat, and fiber. 13. EGGS – The ultimate protein source, eggs are versatile and packed with essential nutrients to fuel your day. 14. DRIED FRUIT – Compact and calorie-dense, dried fruits are an easy way to add extra calories without feeling too full. 15. ALMONDS – Loaded with healthy fats, fiber, and protein, almonds are a powerful snack to keep you going.
