@Aleksandria Migova Oh boy! I had a similar week of tech disasters from installing new plugins too. 2 days of reinstalling/ updating. So, I truly sympathise. 🙏🏼 Glad you got sorted though! 😀Yay!

@Aleksandria Migova That sounds incredible!!! Thanks for sharing your thoughts! ☺️ I think I will grab it. It will be useful for track analysis too, saving a lot of time. This deal is finished now, but they ALWAYS have sales on. So, I'll keep my eyes peeled. 👀👁️👁️ Thanks again. ☺️🙏🏼

Just to say a huge thanks again @Alex Pfeffer I'm loving the addition of Damage 2 and Oblivion so far. They're really inspiring as I slowly find the time to work through trail blazers! Also, congrats again. I hope this is the first of many collaborations with Heavyocity. 🙏🏼

Realistic Panning Plugin
Hey there! I got an advice to use realistic panning plugins like Vienna MIR to make the sound more real. Is anyone of you using it, is it worth the money? Are those kind of plugins really necessary for a realistic sound? And does anyone use an alternative, beacuse 750 Bucks for a panning plugin are atm too much to spend for me.

The 80/20 Rule and why it is important
Let's talk about something that is so very important to keep in mind. The Pareto Principle or the 80/20 rule! If you "analyze your life" and get the data about what is going on, no matter if you tweak tracks, optimize your template, check Facebook or notifications all day long. Being aware of this rule will increase your productivity like crazy and this is also the reason why some people get done more in less time than others. Here is a sum up of the 80/20 rule: The 80/20 Principle asserts that a minority of causes, inputs, or effort usually lead to a majority of the results, outputs, or rewards. Taken literally, this means that, for example, 80 percent of what you achieve in your job comes from 20 percent of the time spent.

The 80/20 Rule and why it is important

Very nicely explained in a musical/ career context. The Pareto Distribution very well correlates to the "Law of Diminishing Returns". Which we all know applies to buying more and more expensive gear, microphone, monitors, plugins etc. But, when you value your time and energy, the Law of Diminishing Returns applies to that too. Spending 10 hours on a track: It's mostly written in the first 2 hours. Often the last 8 hours is just lots of small tweaks and refinements. You yield less and less results with the more time you put in.
