100 days of content challenge
I'm starting 100 day challenge for content creation. Challenge is dumb simple, but hard. I already did it for a few weeks in October. Now I will push it to 100 days. So, here it is: Spend 100 minutes per day working on the content, do that for 100 days in a row. I wrote how to start in newsletter. In short, Start with comments, when you are ready spend 100 minutes per day creating content. 100 minutes per day should be enough to create One of those: - 1 Short form video - 1 Thread on X (Twitter) - Linkedin post - Redit Post Long form videos on YouTube are tricky. It's hardly posible to publish good daily YouTube video and still keep doing anything else. Do not become daily vloger, 1 video per week is enough. With 100 minutes per day it is possible to publish weekly video and still have spare time for posts on Twitter, Instagram or any other platform of the choice. This is what I will do for the next 100 days. Whish me a luck :) Are you in as well?

The Fastest way to $10,000/month
Almost every indie developer's dream is to get to $10K/MRR I'm not different, but I found that with a bit of cheating, you can get there in no time. $10K in a month is hard, but you can get there faster with a bit of cheating. My shortcut to $10K is a combo of: - Revenue from the AppStore: Getting to the first $1K from the AppStore is the hardest milestone, then 2,5K and even $5K is easier. Because you already understand what are you doing and what works. Getting over $5K is hard again, so two more revenue streams can help. - Old good Freelance: Yes, that is just trading time for money, but also it is a chance to work on interesting projects and pay the bills. That's a good way to have a stable money flow and not stress about getting successful in AppStore asap. - Digital products: If you solve any problems for yourself, you have skills and can help others. Do not try to sell another programming tutorial, you can't charge a lot for them and will need to compete with full-time teachers who do this job better anyway. Think about what kind of services you could provide. "Done for you" services are the easiest to sell, but take time to execute and deliver. 1:1 support and coaching or "Done with you" is the second best to offer. For example, as a fitness trainer or mentor, you are helping to achieve the outcome - get fit, pass a job interview, build an indie app business, etc, Combining all three revenue streams, you can quickly get to $10K, and when you have too much work or money you can drop one of them :)

The Fastest way to $10,000/month
Hi Aivars :) great video as usual. We have some video on revenue now (which are very attractive). Just an idea: How about doing a video on costs? E.g. all the third parties software used, Apple developer annual fee, etc. (and some optional like design) to have a rough estimation about until when we are in loss and from where we can gain something. Also, if you have tips to cut costs that would be also nice 😅.
ASO - Trying ASTRO
I just took a step forward in building the application and I bought ASTRO with the link proposed by @Aivars Meijers in its video :) I've seen that is a boundle and indeed I already got the two books. Does anyone know if further actions are needed to gain access to WishKit? Probably I'm missing something... 😅 (also if you want to like a couple of times the post I also gain access to level 3 which will unlock the ASO class 😘).

Question: One can only start using ASTRO if it has at least one app in the store? BTW thanks @Lien Muguercia and @Ivana Rast 😄
@Aivars Meijers thanks! I did ping him and indeed solved both issues :)
