I track my macros using myfitnesspal either by scanning the barcode if the food is inside of a packet or by adding the name of the meal. I weigh my food using a scale to get accurate measurement. This is so important because it takes the guesswork out of everything, numbers don’t lie. Ik exactly how much I need to eat to bulk/maintain/cut and I just track what I eat
I practise patience by constantly reminding myself you are better than you were yesterday and that nothing great is built in a day. Greatness takes time and I practise loving the process and the daily steps over the result
