How can I get more reps in less time?

Depends on what you mean by more reps. If you stuck at let's say 5 reps on pullups, best way to increase reps would be by doing as many as you can and then following that up with assisted Pullups. On the flip side tho let's say you can do 30 but you'd like to do more, if that's the case, I would recommend weighted pullups.
