Capacity utilization
Team, I'm running 1 notebook processing multiple tables from bronze bringing them into 1 silver table. The processing takes up half of F128 capacity during the 30 min it takes to execute. This seems extremely high to me, any thoughts? Additionally I'm seeing copilot requests on the data but not using any copilot features that I am aware of? Any ideas are appreciated

Whole lake house is under 5gb. There is a good amount of joins but this copilot item is what's super unclear. There has to be a command in notebook to activate based on my research and nothing that I can see triggers that. Colleagues are pretty sure they aren't doing anything either so at a total loss.

Yes monitoring capacity thru monitoring app, copilot is the main resource utilization event and no idea why or how it's triggered. App is also showing storage in terabytes vs lakehouse monitor is under 5 gb. Wild
