The community aspect is nice too. AccsMarket seems better for quick, straightforward purchases of common account types at lower prices. In terms of trustworthiness, both sites have been around for a while and seem reputable. PlayerUp's escrow system gives a bit more peace of mind, but I didn't have any issues with AccsMarket either.
