Gratitude shows up in many ways…
On Saturday, my mom passed away, and while I feel a deep sadness, there's also relief knowing she's no longer in pain. Death is something I accept in a way that might seem different to others, but I find peace in knowing she’s free. Looking back on our relationship, I feel a mix of emotions. I’ve had moments of regret, wishing I’d shown up differently at times. But I’ve taken time to sit with those feelings, to feel them in my body, and to offer comfort and forgiveness to that version of myself. What stands out most is the love we shared—a relationship filled with compassion and understanding. Now, both people who created me are no longer here on this earth, and I know our connection will continue in the spirit world. Their love lives on in me, and I’m grateful for every moment we had together. Grief is here, but so is gratitude. Their presence and love will always be a part of who I am, and I’ll carry that forward with me. Gratitude is such a healing energy, and I don’t even know that the word gratitude carries the significance of the power it has… when we deepen into this power, we can overcome any obstacle. We get filled up with magic and become unstoppable. I’d love to hear all your thoughts on this ❤️

Finished first week working out!! I didn’t want to go today, no real reason just because. I’m glad I went!! Feel so good!!
Time flies but we still have each other
Isn’t it funny how quickly time escapes us and we almost feel like we’ve time traveled when we look back and notice all that’s passed?! I think it’s wildly synchronistic that every one of us has had so much going on and it’s like we’ve fast forwarded into the present. I imagine this is even relatable to our newest member, @Christal Ray! But we are still here, and ready to move forward and ready to reconnect… oh and just so ya know, this is normal behavior. Self worth is hard and sometimes when we “digress” and fall into old habits it’s just because we needed a break. The cool thing is, it serves as a reminder of why we started and why we want to be different. Like, we just spent all this time running around, serving everyone else and it’s like “shoot, I want to do for meeeee”. Let’s do that!! Who can meet this evening for a chat? It would mean the world if I could have all three of you if possible. I’m available between now and 7pm.

Embracing the Power of Asking for Help
As women, as mothers, we often shoulder a multitude of responsibilities, wearing our many hats with pride. Yet, there's a common thread I see among many of you: the struggle with asking for help. There's a notion that we should be able to do it all, that asking for help somehow means we've failed. But this couldn't be further from the truth. The journey to self-love and compassion starts with recognizing our worth. It's understanding that we deserve support and that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. It's a step toward living a life filled with love and balance. Here's something I want you to remember: Your partners, your loved ones, they want to see you happy. They want to support you. But they aren't mind readers. Communicating your needs isn't a burden; it's a bridge to deeper connection and mutual understanding. So, how can we shift our mindset and embrace the power of asking for help? 1. Acknowledge Your Needs: It's okay to need help. It's human. Reflect on what you need, whether it's a break, assistance with chores, or emotional support. 2. Communicate Clearly: Be specific about what you need. Instead of saying, "I need help around the house," try, "Can you please take care of the dishes tonight?" 3. Release the Guilt: Asking for help doesn't make you less capable or less strong. It shows that you value yourself and your well-being. 4. Appreciate the Effort: Recognize and appreciate when help is given. It fosters a positive cycle of giving and receiving. Remember, you are worthy of support and love. Embracing the courage to ask for help not only enriches your life but also strengthens the bonds with those around you. Let go of the resentment and guilt, and step into the strength that comes from knowing your worth. You are not alone in this journey. Let's build a community where asking for help is seen as a powerful act of self-love and compassion.

I struggle with this one the most. I have a hard time accepting I need help or if I do ask for help I feel like I have to continuously stay on them to finish what I need done it’s just easier to do it myself. Which then I’m not only exhausted I’m irritated. So I just stop asking for help.
