1. A wonderful weekend of connection, sunshine, productiveness, and fun! 2. Feeling better overall. I’ve been focusing on my health and working on my wellness journey and I’m starting to feel the results. I still have a long way to go, but I’m off to a great start! 3. Drinking water. We are so fortunate to have safe drinking water. I want to take advantage of this and work on drinking more. 4. My wonderful relationship with my boyfriend. I’m so happy in our relationship and I feel so loved and supported. 5. My alcohol cravings diminishing. I think that because I am so focused on my health and my future, those bad cravings just sort of went away. Intentions: 1. Do some sort of physical activity 2. Journal and read before bed 3. Meditate Focus of the week: 1. School work 2. Getting back to the gym 3. Mindful eating
