@Fallon Brice It's coming along, thanks for asking. I'm definitely taking the long route but I feel like it's a necessary foundation for what I'm wanting to accomplish. I'm on track and getting it done.

@Fallon Brice I'm building out my website, lead magnets, worksheets, tools/resources, a few workshops in advance, etc. before launching my community. My community will be an addition/stepping stone into my other offerings as opposed to a final destination. I'm really just getting started with it all after a career change (I've been developing websites for almost 20 years) so there is lots of building to do in this direction first. I do have a question related to building my Skool community. I'll post it in a new thread as soon as I can get my thoughts together.

Where are you at in the course? What stage are you at in building your community? What do you need help with? Remember you don't want to be stuck consuming content or trapped in the perfectionism roundabout. We want to get things done and up! You can always come back and improve things later. Done is better than perfect!

I've been working through the course and finding it very helpful. I'm still in the process of pre-building some resources and content so I can begin populating the classroom as soon as I sign up. That way I can be ready to start accepting members who will find value in the space immediately. Getting closer every day!

@Fallon Brice Thank you and you're absolutely right! The resources I'm working on are mostly educational tools that I can use and refer back to as I am creating the workshops, etc. My personal situation makes my available work time windows shorter than I'd like and having this foundational work in place will help me to feel less pressure as the group begins to grow. I do plan to offer founding member pricing to begin. I was hoping to open the group with the following in place: "Start Here", an evergreen "101/basics of" style course, a resource library with downloadable tool PDFs, and a few printable worksheets to branch off the 101 course. Then, I'll start offering related "workshops" each month, which will continue to be expanded on to help round out the group, etc. I have on my list too that maybe it would be a good idea to create a workshop or two to tuck away in case I can't find the time to record something new so I can drip that in between and keep the pace of the group once it opens. That's probably more info that was necessary but that's what I'm thinking. I appreciate your input. I'm finding your course and YouTube videos very helpful as I'm working my way through!

Good Morning ☀️ I got a great question last night from @Jenni Lynn and wanted to share it with the group in case anyone else was having the same difficulties. So I created a quick tutorial below and I will also link this in the START HERE Classroom. Comment below if this helped you or if you have any more questions!

Thank you for this, it was really helpful. I have checked my settings and everything looks right but I am still not getting notifications other than emails. It might be an Android issue or it might be something that will need to be addressed with Skool support. I'll follow up if I find out anything that might be relevant but otherwise, I'm sure it'll be fine! Thanks again!
