@Jeff Wood hi Jeff the link is for the 45 day course. I was trying to join so that this course would be free. What is the annual membership fee?
New to the community! 3 day challenge
Hi I’m Pam Smith, 56 years young. I’m in Burleson TX and taking swim lessons at the Brick. I need help with breathing and kicking. I’m comfortable with the water but I’m going back to the basic with breathing for the day 1 goal. I think I had hope that going once a week would help. I have been in class for 6 months once a week and I can backstroke 25 yards but I can’t freestyle which is due to breathing and kicks. I have marked my calendar to go 3 days a week to see if that helps

Thank you for allowing me to join the 3 day challenge. I already introduced myself before seeing this post. My goal is to work on breathing and kicking and commit to practicing 3 days a week. I have watched the relax video and the holding your breath for 20 seconds. Will do this on Tuesday
Need to overcome my anxiety
Hello coach jeff..the way u deliver ur swim lessons is mind blowing.i just have a query..u always say that u have to relax ur body so that it don't get dense.but in my case as I know deep end is coming and if I stop here how would i be able to tread to relax and I get panic and hold safety rod.i can't overcome my anxiety as yet.and with that my body get tensed and I have to put more effort to swim and exhaust and gasp.kindly instruct me on this issue
