Post Your Breath Hold (Week 47: Nov 18th - Nov 24th)
Post all your Breath Hold Times here! Let's go & double your breath hold! 🧑‍🏫 Step 1: Take an inhale, start your stopwatch & hold your breath. Step 2: Post your time here so you can get feedback and points Step 3: Head on over to the Classroom & follow the instructions Already participated last week, or last month? No worries, you can post and do it as much as you want (as a matter of fact, we'd only encourage it 😎) And if you done the challenge once (or twice), feel free to shake it up a little bit. Do exhale breath holds only for a week, or take it easy and do 1-2 breath holds a day without going for a max. Variety is the spice of life. Get to level 4 in the Leaderboards, and you unlock the Superhuman Lungs training protocol (who doesn't want to have lungs like the Human Dolphin?) Today was a very untypical day for myself. This night and morning the weather became much colder, I woke up with hurting neck, a bit sleepy but I forced myself to go for a longer walk in the morning and than signed up for a Pilates class that I wanted to try for a longer time. (I have never tried it before). Interesting that they are always inhaling through nose and exhaling through mouth. There was one exercise where they put a flexible ball between shoulder blades laying down on the floor to open the rib cage, I enjoyed that a lot. Later at home laying down I was surprised myself that my contractions started around 2:30 and I was able to hold until 4:10. Have a nice Thursday everyone !

Sunday morning before breakfast still in the bed, breath hold until first discomfort: 1) 43 sec 2) 1 min 2 sec. As a curiosity I tried today also how long I can blow my air out after full lungs: 1) 42 sec and than 2) 53 sec. Will look more into this. At the end my favourite breath holding on full lungs: 3:46 Have a nice Sunday everyone !

I'm also having guests, food, some alcohol etc, not much time for breathholds, but I found time right after waking up before breakfast: breathold on exhale until first discomfort (before did pursed lips breathing, ujjayi and snakes:1:02 than tried again rest with pursed lips, ujjayi, snakes and breathold with contractions: 2 min. (Visualizations of being inside beautiful nature) Happy Sunday everyone!
