For anyone wanting to constantly improve their sales call performance, here’s what worked for me after trying a few things. It’s a straightforward approach: Get Fireflies ai—it made a big difference. Fireflies is an Ai notetaker, it's going to hop on your calls and create a transcript of the call. After your sales call, take the transcription and put it into OpenAI and prompt it to analyze your sales call. Tell it to also extract all of the action items from the call. After it has analyzed your call, tell it to tell you to rank certain parts of your call and rank where you could've improved and what you could have done better on the call. Then take the output and put it into a google doc so you can be able to go back to it whenever you need to. Lastly, get make.com and connect all these platforms together so that this whole process happens automatically as soon as you get off your sales call.
