How many apples do you eat per day? 🍏
I looove apples. Currently, I eat around 1-3 per day. For a long time, I avoided them because I thought they were boring. But recently I have found new ways to enjoy them and found out how many great benefits there are to this frequently unappreciated fruit. How do you feel about apples? And how many do you eat per day? I would love to find out 👇 I also made this entire dedicated video about the hidden powers of this delicious fruit. Hint: Keeping the doctor away is just one of many more ;)

0-1 usually, but if they're fresh from the tree, I can easily eat 3 or 4🍎

I hope you had a fabulous week so far. Today I am coming to you with some news. I am closing this community on the 01.11.24. This was not an easy decision to make but all the decisions I do within my business are intuitive and come from the heart. And recently I felt like I simply do not enjoy running this community. A lot of work goes into running and maintaining it and I truly believe that the things we do on a consistent basis are supposed to spark joy and excitement within us. I totally get that decision Julia. Running a community is definitely super time consuming and if it's stopping you from doing what you enjoy with putting out the great content, then I totally understand that. I'll stay in here in case you ever restart the community in the near future❤
What is your biggest challenge when it comes to sticking to a fully raw diet?
I am working on a big surprise for you all that will be launching on 1.1.2025 🤩 And for that I would be super curious to hear your struggles with implementing a fully raw or high raw vegan diet. We all have them, I have them, too. Not to say that raw is law. However I love giving my body a little rest from heavier cooked foods regularly for a couple of days. It feels soooo good. I wish every person on the planet could experience the feeling you get when you eat fully raw just for a few days 🧡🔥🌞 So if you want, close your eyes for a moment. Take a few deep breath into your nose and out the mouth. Feel the surface your sitting on. And ask yourself.... What is my biggest challenge when it comes to implementing a fully raw vegan diet? And then share with us down below 👇🥰

Awesome, looking forward to it. I love the raw lifestyle, but I'd say the biggest challenge is staying stocked up with the quantity of fruit that I need for my calorie needs. I can get 2500kcal from raw foods usually, but some really active days (4000kcal), I can't quite get enough. If/when I do have cooked food, I try to be gentle to myself and be grateful for the fact that I even have food❤

What would be the best possible outcome of you changing your diet?
Good morning 🌞🌻 Something I like doing every other morning, is to take my journal and write down a few reasons why I love being slim, lean and attractive. That might also include things that are possible for me when I am at my leanest, healthiest and most vibrant self. For example for me, inspiring the people around me to take care of their bodies and go vegan is way easier when I’m lean. So I’m not only helping myself but all the animals and also all the people that live healthier lives by being inspired by me. Remembering my why every single day has made it soooo easy recently to take action and to not give up in those tough moments which we all have 💫 I want to thank my dear and kind friend @Dillon Olias for reminding me to remember my why every single day for the last 2 month. Great post & thanks for the kind words❤️ Accountability definitely is key. Even coaches need coaches🙏 Life’s not meant to be experienced alone, so I think it’s super helpful to have someone you can talk to, whether it’s a friend, family member or coach.
