I also can't wait for persimmons, they're one of the fruits that make my mouth water just thinking about🤣 Grapes have been a great staple for me here in the UK. Honeydew melons are usually pretty reliable here in the Autumn and winter. Where are you based in the world?
Hi Rocky, from what I've seen, it often clears up on a raw diet after a period of weeks or months. I occasionally get something similar when I have a cooked meal, as it brings on a mild almost rosacea like rash on my cheeks. Oh, also another thought, a b12 deficiency can be a common cause. How long have you had it for? What's your current diet like? Do you supplement b12?
That's cool that you can get it all on one day. My cadence is Monday & Friday at the moment. I'd love to get it down to once per week, but with 4 hungry fruit lovers in the house, melons would be bursting out of the boot of the car🤣
No, for me I have to really enjoy the food I'm eating, otherwise it takes the joy out of life. Luckily most ripe fruit is delicious! I will say, most conventional apples aren't that enjoyable for me though.
I'm sorry to hear about how you were treated, it must have been an awful experience. I've also noticed during the times in my life when I've been most stressed, my health takes a turn for the worse and I make uncharacteristic decisions. I think a lot of people appreciate your vulnerability, especially in an age of "perfect" influencers. I'm a big believer that everything happens for a reason though, so I think your mindset of having "dodged a bullet" is a great way to look at things and I'm sure you'll meet someone who supports you in the near future. Also agree with your take on Medical Medium. Plenty of good information that'll benefit a lot of people, but there really is no "one size fits all" approach to health. I think anyone who claims to have all of the answers is setting themselves up for a very slippery slope. I admire someone who is willing to change their opinion as they're presented with new evidence or life experiences.
