Ladies & Gentlemen, I am on a short travel this weekend and I was reflecting on leadership and I’d love to share my thoughts. Being a Leader is really dangerous. Look, you lead people and with time you add the smartest people you can find (most of the times they are smarter than you) to the team. This people are capable to solve really tough sophisticated problems. But what happens when they found the problem they can’t solve by themselves? And I remind you, they are the smartest you found.
