Voice agents stop talking after the first message
Hi. So all my agents are not responding and stop talking immediately after the first message. For instance, It will greet the customer " Hi, welcome to City Hotel, how may I assist you today?" then once you respond it stops talking and only the background noises can be heard where they are enabled. If anyone can help I'd much appreciate it.

Capturing email addresses
So, any tips or tricks for capturing emails? I noticed that the callers are giving emails but they're not always transcribed perfectly. Trying to get the system to ask the caller to spell it just leads to phonetic transcriptions. Also if the AI reads back the wrong email, it's hard to get things back on track. So this seems like it might be a challenge to reliably get the email. I thought maybe if the AI asks them for an email, then asks them to spell it and captures that spelling separately, then I can go in as a human and figure out their email. But if this would be scalable that's not going to work. Maybe it's just a sweet spot of transcribing and etc. Anyone face this? Am I missing anything?

Why not have the AI have them fill out a form after the call?
It's Overwhelming. Needs help!
Hi my name is Bright from Nigeria I am new to automation. I want to start with building voice agents but my challenge now is which aspect to focus on and how to bring it to live. There are so many content on the Internet that makes it so overwhelming and confusing that I don't know which and where to start from. I want to start from building the simpliest voice agents with a use case. As soon as I am able to achieve this, then it will be much more easier to keep going and scale up. Whatever input, ideas, resources and a brief on how you started that can get me off the ground will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Hi @Bright Reuben I know what it's like to start learning automation. Here's what I'd do if I were to do it all over again. Start with make.com https://academy.make.com/ and zapier.com https://learn.zapier.com/, which offer free learning modules and use case examples. You can also visit their communities within the platforms and look around to see real-life case scenarios and challenges. Once you have a basic or intermediate knowledge of how low-code integrations work, learn Vapi/Bland/ Retell (voice agents). Check YouTube tutorials, Discord, and Reddit channels. Here you will get ideas that might apply to you. But don't be overwhelmed by the bigger picture. I hope this helps.
