So I'm starting YouTube. It's a little scary. Mostly afraid of what people might think of me. I am not sure if anyone will resonate with what I am saying and I feel like editing is a whole job. But here I go. Starting from zero to hopefully being able to become a better storyteller, have fun, and reach the hearts of people who might feel like being a multi-passionate is a curse. The research in quantum mechanics, epigenetics, and neuroscience proves that in order to manifest your physical reality, you have to change your state of being. (State of being = what you think + how you feel) So I am always looking for new tools to make it easier and faster for us to change our state of being. One of the tools I came across two years ago was a Rich Life slide deck to replace your old vision board. Here’s how to do it: Instead of cutting out pictures and pasting them on a poster board or making a collage in Canva. 1) Pick 1 realistic picture that represents the FEELING you will feel when you achieve success in that life area/goal. 2) Do this for each goal you have and make it a slide deck in Canva. 3) Then add music. Pick a song that makes you FEEL inspired and, excited , and anticipating what’s to come! (You can do the editing in CapCut) 4) Then every morning before you do anything else or every night before you go to bed - whichever is more peaceful- watch your Rich Life movie! 🍿 (When your in a super relaxed state your more susceptible to neuroplasticity - rewiring your brain) The feelings that this will provoke will help you to change your state of being.
