Do you unconsciously outsmart yourself?
Hello, I came to realize that although I have a very good calendar, I started to outsmart it. The last two days, I ignored a few important break notifications and noticed a shift in my focus and productivity. So here is what I came up with to beat my unconscious rebellion brain. A screen Pomodoro Timer. The alert is piercing and cannot be ignored, I jump each time (you can adjust it). Let’s see who will win this time. pomofocus.io Let me know if you experience the same thing. I call it outsmarting the expected.

@Serin Alexander First I have to point out a crucial area that @Tom Vorselen emphasizes in the productivity modules and the use of your iPhone may become counterintuitive when you are looking to focus on boosting productivity. It's about prioritizing and minimizing distractions. Working directly from your phone might be an area worth addressing first. I’ll let @Tom Vorselen chime in on this. Regarding an available app, there are many available, but keep in mind that not all of them are free. I suggest checking the App Store to explore what suits your needs best. Alternatively, you can simply use the timer function on your phone, though you’ll need to manually press the button each time. If you don’t have a computer available, another potential item that may serve you well is a timer that you can purchase easily and have with you no matter where you are. I attached a screenshot.
ASK YOUR QUESTIONS
Make sure to ask your questions here :) Every few days I will go over them and awnser as many as possible either via text or with a quick video! Remember: ''A man who asks is a fool for 5 minutes. A man who never asks is a fool for life.''

@Lachlan Passmore I am so sorry I didn’t see your message in time. I write many essays in my Nursing program. I am happy to help you next time. Either tag me or send me a direct message.

@Lachlan Passmore me either. I always was able to send my professors a draft but not in this program.

Currently we are doing one 60 minutes monthly workshop. I want to see how I can help out more of you. Let me know down below what would be a good amount of workshops, I will cover the following topics: - learn how to learn - time management - productivity - mindset

@Rudraksha Bansal I am too but @Tom Vorselen always records the call so you can watch the video and you will feel part of the call. Don’t just listen, have a pen and paper and pretend the call is live. They are all amazing.
