A higher percentage's of working world people, I call the 9ers (9-5 or 9-9) tend to have a heart attack between 4am-10am on Monday’s. I remember having so much anxiety about Monday mornings as early as Sunday morning. I couldn’t enjoy the last day of my weekend because I was dreading the beginning of the work week, the low pay, disrespect and abuse of systems. Now I kick back, sleep late on Mondays, and check in on my Skool community from the comfort of my backyard. I love it! And my heart does too.
