Why personalized success plans are game changers for coaches and business owners
In today’s fast-paced world, a one-size-fits-all approach just doesn’t cut it—especially when it comes to helping your clients achieve their goals. Personalized success plans are a necessity for delivering real, sustainable results. Here’s why: 1. Everyone’s Journey Is Unique Your clients come to you with different backgrounds, skills, and challenges. A personalized plan meets them where they are and focuses on their specific needs. This tailored approach shows that you’re invested in their individual success, not just delivering a generic process. 2. Increases Engagement and Commitment When clients see that their plan reflects their goals and values, they’re more likely to stay motivated and committed. They take ownership of the process because it feels relevant and attainable. 3. Builds Trust and Loyalty A personalized plan tells your clients that you see them as individuals, not just numbers. This deepens trust, strengthens your relationship, and builds loyalty. Happy clients become your best advocates. 4. Delivers Better Results By focusing on specific strengths and addressing unique challenges, personalized plans help clients achieve results faster and more effectively. Success breeds confidence—and confidence keeps them coming back. 5. Differentiates You from the Competition In a crowded market, offering personalized success plans sets you apart. It demonstrates your expertise and commitment to going the extra mile for your clients. How to Create Personalized Success Plans - Listen Actively: Understand your clients’ goals, challenges, and aspirations. - Collaborate: Involve them in creating the plan, so it reflects their input and priorities. - Be Adaptable: Life changes, and so should their plan. Regularly review and adjust to keep things on track. - Measure Progress: Use clear milestones to celebrate wins and keep them motivated. Personalized success plans aren’t just an added bonus—they’re a powerful tool to elevate your coaching or business and truly transform your clients’ lives.

I start with template packages but adjust each phase (writing, editing, publishing, and marketing) to match the client's needs. This allows me to be efficient while also customizing the client's experience.
Celebrate Success and Set the Stage for a Thriving New Year!
As 2024 comes to a close, it’s the perfect time to reflect on the successes you’ve achieved and the lives you’ve impacted. Whether you’re a coach helping clients transform or a business owner creating solutions that change the game for your customers, your hard work is worth celebrating! As we step into the new year, it’s also time to think bigger: ✨ How can you help your clients achieve even greater success? ✨ What systems can you streamline to save time and scale? ✨ How can you grow your impact while staying aligned with your passion? The key to a thriving business in 2025 is client success. Why? Because when your clients win, your business wins. Here’s how to set yourself up for success: 1️⃣ Refine Your Offer: Ensure your products or services solve your clients’ biggest challenges. 2️⃣ Double Down on Results: Make client outcomes your top priority. Ask for testimonials and referrals, your happy clients will be glad to provide them. 3️⃣ Automate, Delegate & Eliminate: Save time by automating repetitive tasks, delegating tasks you should not be performing and eliminating anything that is no longer needed so you can focus your energy where it matters most. 4️⃣ Set Big Goals: Look ahead and ask, What can I do differently this year to amplify my clients' results and my own growth? Let 2025 be the year where your clients thrive—and your business grows right along with them! 💼✨ What’s one bold move you’re making in the new year to elevate your clients’ success? Share it in the comments and let’s inspire each other! 🙌

My bold move is to keep my executive assistant 40 hours per week for 2025!
How Uncomfortable Is It?
Your ability to grow and create major breakthroughs is equal to your willingness to be uncomfortable. Are you stretching your comfort zone right now? Overcoming objections can become easy IF you are willing to do the work before you encounter them. This means doing the practice when you don't want to. Do you think Steph Curry wants to shoot 500 x 3-point shots a day? There are days that he doesn't "want" to do it. He does it anyway. That's why he's the greatest of all time. Your objection handling game is no different. Are you willing to do the work and be patient with yourself along the way? Embrace the suck.

"Embrace the suck" is a favorite hiking term, too. I found it especially helpful on a hike that was literally uphill for 4.8 straight miles to Rocky Top in the Smokies. After I embraced the suck, I embraced a shot of bourbon with my hiking buddies.
Thanks for the invitation, Joe and Jeff!
I am here. Yay! Saturdays are my hunky business hero binge watch days: Joe, Craig, Gavin, Galel, Rusty and now Jeff:) Ha! I watch the brilliant Shannon, too, of course. Seriously, though, this is my routine: I drink coffee, work on DOJO and ETR homework, and learn from THE BEST. Thanks for all you teach, guys.
