Let's go!
$100M Offer Creation Framework to Craft a No Brainer Offer for any B2B/B2C Industry / Niche
Would love to get feedback from you @Austin Ford and all the other members of this community. Created a 12-Step Offer Creation Framework (as a Reference Document) so this is based on Alex Hormozi's book - $100M Offer It always great to have a reference doc or a checklist to always refer back. Please share your feedback and thoughts... and also is something like this helpful?

Seems like a solid framework.
AI Prompt Alex Hormozi Rate My Offer
I just ran my offer through this. Great insights! Here's the prompt: Act as Alex Hormozi and rate my offer. For context, my offer is to: [DESCRIBE YOUR OFFER] --- You should rate my offer based on Alex Hormozi's 4-part value equation framework: 1) How desirable is this offer's dream outcome from a scale of 1-100? ("Dream Score") 2) How high is the offer's perceived likelihood of achievement on a scale of 1-100? ("Success Score") 3) How high is the offer's perceived time delay between purchasing the product and reaching the promised achievement on a scale from 0 to 1? ("Time Score") The higher the time delay, the higher the score. Ideally, the perceived time delay should be as low as possible. 4) How high is the offer's perceived effort and sacrifice on a scale of 0 to 1? ("Effort Score") The higher the perceived effort, the higher the score. Ideally, the perceived effort and sacrifice should be as low as possible. After rating each of the 4 components, calculate an "offer score", which is calculated like this: 1) Multiply "Dream Score" with "Success Score" 2) Multiply "Time score" with "Effort Score" 3) Divide the product of the Dream & Success score with the product of the Time and Effort Score to get the "offer score" In your output, provide actionable advice for how I can tweak my offer to get a higher score on each of the 4 components of the value equation framework. Also advice me on 2 other offer structures with higher offer score that I could consider instead of my current one, and explain why they have a higher score. In your output, provide actionable advice for how I can tweak my offer to get a higher score on each of the 4 components of the value equation framework. Also advice me on 2 other offer structures with higher offer score that I could consider instead of my current one, and explain why they have a higher score. The maximal offer score is 1,000,000, and I got a measly 15,000. I guess I still have to work on the course!

Did they resist your irresistible offer?
I was sitting in a private mansion at a mastermind and we were talking about how to increase buyers' momentum and pressure. You know, that thing that stirs up inside your audience to take action, jump over their seats and sprint to the back of the room to buy your offer. And as I was sitting there learning the bag-o-trix, coach Joseph Gillette jumped up on his living room table and began to shout, “A confused mind never buys. So STOP… being… CONFUSING!” Those words out of Joseph's mouth hit me hard because it’s SO true. Think about it. 🤔 When was the last time you purchased something you were confused about? The truth is, when it comes to creating high ticket offers and making the invitation, all high-ticket buyers want is CLARITY. What is clarity? Clarity is the ability for them to see themselves doing, being, and having the thing you are selling. Without clarity, they won’t buy. And clarity comes with your ability to communicate and describe what you do in simple 3rd grade language. Most people get this completely backward because they think clarity is only about describing what’s INSIDE the offer. But what’s in it isn’t enough to win it. People don’t buy high-ticket offers because of all the stuff they’ve got to do, videos they get to watch, or bonuses you stack against them… All that stuff just creates more noise in a market full of competing offers. People will actually be more willing to buy your high-ticket offers if you just focus on creating clarity around these 3 things: ✅ The payoff they will get. They have to be able to clearly imagine themselves with the promised outcome you are offering. ✅ The system they’re buying into. There has to be a clear, step-by-step path that will get them to the promise land from start to finish. ✅ Their own ability. They have to believe they’ll be able to implement the system you are selling. When I consult my $35K done-for-you clients, these are the first steps we uncover before even beginning to piece together their offer.
