To be as Cut as I can be while maintaining 220+ Weight. I plan on doing that by doing Cardio before every workout (via Stairmaster) Then getting a good lift in with a light weight and a lot of reps.
Mindset
What kind of mindset do you find to be necessary to be successful in your fitness goals? To you, what are the key factors that contribute to achieving your physique goals?

-Determination to go to the gym no matter how you feel. -Strong willed to do the amount of reps and sets needed to obtain the physique wanted -Consistency to have a schedule and actually follow through with it day in and day out - Organization in order to have a workout plan, track progress and not be all over the place when in the gym.
CARDIO
How important is cardio? Depends right... What kind of goals do you have? Most of us will want to gain muscle while losing fat (a very difficult task). For most people a baseline of 150 minutes of cardio per week is sufficient. Those 150 minutes can be broken up throughout the week however you see fit. Cardio can definitely be tough to be consistent with, so a good rule of thumb is to try to have some fun while doing it. What are your thoughts on cardio, and what do you find to be most effective?

I think Cardio is very important, keeps the muscle/fat percentage even. And allows you to look more cut.
