CARDIO
How important is cardio? Depends right... What kind of goals do you have? Most of us will want to gain muscle while losing fat (a very difficult task). For most people a baseline of 150 minutes of cardio per week is sufficient. Those 150 minutes can be broken up throughout the week however you see fit. Cardio can definitely be tough to be consistent with, so a good rule of thumb is to try to have some fun while doing it. What are your thoughts on cardio, and what do you find to be most effective?
